Go To specific page number in Word

In Word 2013 and Word 2010 you can go to specific page in the Word document using the Find and Replace dialog.

To display the Find and Replace dialog, Navigate to Home menu and click on the drop down arrow under Find menu.

Another shortcut for launching Find and Replace is by pressing Ctrl + G.

Navigate Go To tab and select Page option for Go to what and specify the page number under the textbox available under Enter page number label.

What is Caret browsing in Internet Explorer

Caret Browsing is cool feature available in Internet Explorer from version 8 onwards.

Rather than using a mouse to select text and move around within a webpage, you can use standard navigation keys on your keyboard-Home, End, Page Up, Page Down, and the arrow keys. This feature is called Caret Browsing and is named after the caret-or cursor-that appears when you edit a document.

You can press F7 to turn On or Off Caret browsing.

If you want to enable Caret browsing for new tabs or new windows then Enable Caret Browsing for new windows and tabs check box needs to be selected in Internet Options -> Advanced Tab.

How to turn on/off pop ups in Internet Explorer 8

Internet Explorer 8 has settings for blocking pop ups that appearing while accessing a website. Using this setting you can turn on or off a pop up, specify the sites where you want allow pop up to appear. To access Pop-up Blocker, click on Tools menu -> Options -> select Privacy tab in Internet Options dialog box.

On checking/un checking the Turn on Pop-up Blocker you enable or disable Pop ups. And on clicking settings button the following dialog would be displayed

Using IE8 Pop-up Blocker settings you can specify the listed of sites that can be allowed Pop-ups and also provides options for changing the Notifications and blocking level.
